Position Title: Warehouse Assistant - 2nd Shift Wage: $15.35/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 1:30pm-10pm Have a background in food production or the restaurant industry? Wanting to mix things up at a new company? Let us kickstart your next career. We're hiring for a Warehouse Assistant on 2nd shift. Temp to hire. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assist with screening, blending, and packaging of amino acids, vitamins, and minerals - Follow the procedures for the preparation of blends and final blend product - Proper cleaning, blending, packaging, and material inspection per SOP - Proper cleaning of manufacturing equipment - Physically load/unload boxes and drums of material onto/from transportation vehicles - Perform retention sampling on products in sterile conditions Requirements: - Respiratory exam and fit test - Lift and carry items weighing over 50lbs occasionally - Regularly involves standing, talking, listening and the use of hands and fingers - Work while wearing PPE, including respirator - Frequently involves going up and down stairs - Frequently involves reaching with hands and arms, standing and walking - Frequently involves crouching, stooping, kneeling, and or climbing or balancing - Identify and distinguish colors and see clearly at 20 inches or closer, and 20 feet or more QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with nearly 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
