Description

Busy used car dealer looking for someone to handle customer car repairs. This job involves talking to customers about the mechanical issues they are experiencing; being able to ask and answer typical questions; schedule the customer for repairs if needed; order needed parts; coordinate with shop manager to get work assigned to a repair tech; calculate invoices for repairs; and collect money from customers. These are the usual tasks, but will also be asked to do other miscellaneous tasks as needed. We are a small company and each wear multiple hats. Ideal applicant will have the following traits: - reliable, dependable, punctual and honest - detail oriented - strong computer skills - must be able to effectively communicate with customers who may be upset, and stay calm and professional - must have valid GA license and be insurable (clean driving and criminal record) - no drugs/alcohol usage during work hours - must have good basic knowledge of vehicles - enough to have discussions with customers and repair techs Benefits: paid time off If you are interested in interviewing for this position, please reply with resume and please specifically address in your email your level of car knowledge.
