Garden tilling and small tree root removal

Description

I need someone to till probably about 75 ft of new garden space and remove 6 to 8 small tree stumps and roots each stump about the diameter of a quarter or 50 cent piece. You must have a large tiller probably 12 or 13 hp with rear tines to be able to take out the roots. I also have 1 stump about the size of a softball,this may need to be dug by hand and pulled out I would anticipate all of this to take probably an hour to an hour and a half. So if you have the tools and the know how and this is something you do on a regular basis by all means contact me if not don’t waste my time. Would like to do this ASAP. Thanks
