Description
MARLBOROUGH, MA — The Marlborough Horribles Parade is back from the dead.
The city's annual downtown Halloween celebration will take pace on Oct. 28 along with a trick-or-treating event at businesses along Main Street. The event was canceled in 2020 due to the pandemic.
The evening event begins at 4:30 p.m. with trick-or-treating, plus a visit from the Juniper Farms ice cream truck. At 5:30, the Marlborough High School march band and members of the Whitcomb band will march down Main Street.
The 2021 Horribles Parade will also feature the winners of a Marlborough Recreation Department-sponsored scarecrow contest at Union Common. Your horrible scarecrow creations are due by Oct. 22.
