We are a locally owned premium security company that specializes in residential and commercial security technologies. We are looking for a highly experienced, energetic and driven Low Voltage, A/V, Security & Fire Alarm Technician to take on a consistent workload of both installations and service for our clients. We design, install, service and monitor custom Audio/Video, Security & Fire alarm solutions to give our clients peace of mind about their safety. We are looking for a qualified Alarm Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years burglary and fire system experience. Access control, security camera, A/V service and installations a plus. Must be detailed in work, have excellent troubleshooting skills, clean driving record and able to work independently and as a team member. Good customer interaction and communication skills a must. Company is based in Campbell, CA and services the Silicon Valley and Greater Bay area, East Bay, some North Bay, and Carmel. Must have own hand tools. Good attendance and being on time for work is required. This is a full-time position. Our ideal candidate: • Has knowledge of Qolsys, Radionics, GE systems and the alarm.com platform. • Has excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills. • Takes pride in the quality and consistency of their work.
