Join Royal Massage and Yoga at Big Creek Winery Tasting Room for an evening of yoga and wine! Join us for an evening of relaxation and fun at Big Creek Winery Tasting Room with instructor Demita from Royal Massage and Yoga Lounge as she guides you through a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class open to all levels. We will have glow sticks and more! After class, enjoy a wine tasting with your entry. Wines by the bottle will also be available for purchase. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat and water! *A limited number of tickets are being sold to maintain social distancing. A limited number of free mats available. At RMYL our goal is to offer classes that are suited for everyone.  Beginners as well as advanced practitioners are welcome to take any of our classes. All classes are geared to fit various practice levels. Each class is designed to meet you where you are.  No matter what class you take we emphasize proper alignment in the poses and using your breath to find a balance between effort and ease. We also provide massage therapy. Combining massage therapy and yoga offers many benefits.
