This four-part workshop will provide working moms with facilitated discussion and tools to use to make managing work and family doable! The pandemic has hit working moms particularly hard. The stress of managing work and family over the last 18 months has working mothers feeling overworked, under-appreciated, and questioning the future. Momentum alumna and licensed counselor Frannie Horn will lead our discussion of the following four topics: Establishing Priorities and Setting Boundaries (in-person, lunch provided)Making a Pivot (Zoom)Letting Go of Perfection (Zoom)Reclaiming Your Value (in-person, lunch provided)The first and last workshops will be in-person and physically-distanced (October 13th and November 3rd), while the 2nd and 3rd workshops will be conducted via Zoom (October 20th and 27th). In-person workshops will be held at The Workshop, 186 Oxmoor Road, Number 220, Homewood. The Workshop entrance is in the rear of the building. Momentum builds the capabilities of Alabama’s women leaders through intensive leadership training for top-level managers. A vigorous one-to-one mentoring program gives participants access to a pool of highly respected, experienced senior leaders for individualized problem solving, as well as personal and professional development.
