Getting tattoo work, need help with pain

I am doing one last touch up of tattoo work. Doctors obviously don’t prescribe anything for this elective. The place I’m getting it is excruciatingly painful and all of the over counter stuff doesn’t work. Does anyone have something to help get me through the session ? I’m being serious. I’m not looking for any trouble. Just want to be able to get through the pain Ty
