Need to rehome my lab/pit mix

Due to family dynamics, I need to rehome our 12mo old lab/pit mix. He is neutered. He’s extremely affectionate, smart and full of energy! He loves to play fetch. He’d do best with a family that has a fenced back yard so he has room to run and play. Does well with other dogs, not sure about cats. Probably best with no small children as he still has a lot of energy and learning not to jump up on people. He is house trained and kennel trained. Contact me for more info.
