The last day to vote early is tomorrow, Friday, September 24TH from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Election day is Tuesday, September 28th. Five candidates are seeking the House District 118 seat. "The last day to vote early is tomorrow for this special election. Please get out and exercise your right to vote. This is an important election and every vote counts. We have five polling sites to make the process convenient and easy for you. We hope to see you out at the polls this week or on election day!" The five polling sites to place your vote early are: Bexar County Elections Department (1103 S.
