CLINTON — A Clinton resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 1, Dawn Williams, of Clinton purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the Mart & Smoke in Clinton won $10,000.
