LCG Construction LLC supervises subcontractor crews and manages the installation process from start to finish. A field technician must excel at technical measurement and provide top-notch service to ensure homeowner satisfaction and appropriate resource capacity for LCG Construction. Accurately measure the dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors. Ensure that all regulatory procedures and/or requirements impacting the installation process are met. Be willing to have open communication and answering supporting team concerns and questions. Qualifications: Basic understanding of installation processes and requirements. Previous customer service experience and conflict resolution skills required Previous construction experience is preferred Must be willing to undergo a background check.
