Apartment Maintenance Technician Kensington Apartments is an family owned and independently managed apartment community located in the Taylors, SC. Our community has been providing multi-family housing for over 30 years and we are looking to grow our team with an experienced Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines and Fair Housing requirements and regulations. Attention to detail, troubleshooting and deductive reasoning skills are most important in this position. Requirements: -Minimum 1 years in the apartment/multi-family industry (preferred) -HVAC certifications (required) -Reliable transportation -Valid drivers license (required) -Advanced knowledge of heat pump systems, hydro-thermal systems, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. -Willingness to work on-call scheduling. -Able to work a Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM schedule with possibilities of after hours emergency calls.
