Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 10/03/2021 5:29 AM 10/2/21 2021-2778, Domestic Battery/Criminal Damage to Property; On 10/2/21 at approximately 12:35p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 100 block of Heathgate Road, Oswego Township for a report of Domestic Battery and Criminal Damage to Property.  The incident is under investigation. 2021-2778, Domestic Battery/Criminal Damage to Property; 2021-2781, In State Warrant Arrest and Resisting/ Obstructing Arrest: On 10/2/21 at 2:02p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 0 to 99 block of Ashlawn Avenue in Oswego to serve an arrest warrant.  Randall Stafford, a 50-year-old male from the 0 to 99 block of Ashlawn Avenue in Oswego, was taken into custody on a Kendall County Warrant for Aggravated Domestic Battery and also charged with Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer. Stafford was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.   The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
