SCOPE OF WORK: Install kitchen cabinets (6 upper & 7 lower + 1 dummy front); Create vent and install kitchen exhaust fan; Install pre-hung doors (6 interior & 1 exterior); Install the trim on all doors (9 single, 2 french) & windows (11 singles, 1 triple); Install baseboards (I tore 1600 SQ ft house) Trim out 1 drop-down attic stairs & 1 attic access ( just a hatch); Trim out 2 interior support posts Trim out 3 Porch posts to make square. (Base will be existing turned Victorian style 4x4). Want 8x8 square. Replace approx 50 linear feet fascia & 20 linear feet plywood soffit. Replace (1) 2x10x10 on carport PLEASE, PHONE CALLS ONLY!
