Event planner looking for event labor on Thursday Nov. 4. Setup / Break Down Crew / PA 10AM - TBD. Responsibilities: Setting up various A/V equipment, light stands, lighting, backdrops, red carpet, PA/speakers, running cable, etc. Strike following event. Parking Attendant - 2:45PM - 9:15PM +/- Responsibilities: Stationed at entrance of parking lot, you will direct guests to parking spaces - with another attendant - to make sure the parking process flow safely and smoothly. Once lot is full, you will point guests to overflow parking lots adjacent to the venue. You will also provide information to guests as to event check in. Please wear khakis/polo shirt (will provide hi-vis vest for event) and dinner is included. - Track number of available spaces in lot - Warmly greet guests as they arrive - Clearly and safely direct guests to available parking spaces - Other duties as assigned Arcade Game Attendant 4PM - 9:15PM. Responsibilities: Help with setup, give direction/ assist guests play XBOX 360 game (just one game - in arcade mode). Must be personable - easy going, Popcorn Attendant 4:00PM - 8:00PM Responsibilities: This person will operate a movie theater style popcorn machine station, keeping the tub and bags full of fresh popcorn, and distributing to guests. Easy to learn process takes just a couple of minutes to master. Mask may be required during event, no 'setup' dress code, but please wear dark clothing during event hours. Must be friendly, punctual, reliable, and able to stand for the duration of the event. Must Be 18+ years old Paid day of, and dinner provided.
