We are a small OLCC organic cannabis farm, located in the Applegate Valley, looking for hardworking, enthusiastic people to help us harvest our crop. This is a temporary seasonal position, with approximately 4 weeks-2 months of work available. Candidates must be capable of working outdoors in the Southern Oregon elements. Experience with cannabis is highly preferred, but a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work hard together, is truly what we're looking for. Duties will include, but are not limited to: -Cleaning and sanitizing -Carrying heavy objects -Cutting plants -Bucking down the plants to be hung -Hanging plants -Using a fan trimmer on wet cuts -Climbing Ladders -Bucking dry cannabis to be trimmed -Trimming dry cannabis -Maintain clear communication and attention to detail Qualifications: -Must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or have applied and taken the test -Experience with farming or outdoor labor -Must have a positive, upbeat attitude when coming to work -Ability to work in the heat or cold for 8+ hours, while striving to accomplish the goals set for the day -Must be willing to communicate effectively with other members of the team and follow directions -Must have reliable transportation to a rural location outside Grants Pass -Ability to lift and bend extensively throughout the day Starting pay is $15/hour and again this is a SEASONAL temporary position with no guarantee of any long term employment
