LOST WALLET - ID, SSN, CARDS

N. US Hwy. 98 near Pyramid Place, Lakeland FL

Hi... about 10+ days ago, on Sept. 24th, I left the Motel 6 on my wheelchair headed for the Mobil station/store about 1 block North on US 98. I suffered a heart attack along the way, and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Somewhere in the commotion, I lost my wallet, and have already checked hospital & ambulance. The wallet is black leather, and contains my Florida ID card, SS card, Gold Medicaid card, and a few debit/credit cards, one of them a Way2Go debit Mastercard where my unemployment benefits are deposited, but no cash.
