I am looking to get my entire house rewired. I have 12 gauge feeding to 14 gauge. Lighting dimming when the A/C turns on. Circuits popping for no reason. Circuits with no ground (fake outs were installed to pass ground test) I recently bought a rehab and a lot of the wiring was hidden and I found it as I rewired some things. The I am not sure if it would be easier and cheaper to correct or just replace all the wiring. I am looking to get a dedicated circuit added to my crawlspace for a dehumidifier. Either all wiring corrected or replaced. 2 lights added to the crawlspace (have 4 but lighting is poor) have 1 light removed from kitchen and 2 lights moved position. Outdoor based outlets changed from 15 amp to 20amps. Circuits reduced in the power panel. Looking for permits to be pulled/closed. House is 1500 square feet.
