LICENSED INSPECTOR/HOME INSPECTIONS Are you a Home Inspector? We are a looking for a licensed home inspector to join our team servicing the DC/Baltimore Metro area. We are a growing Home Inspection Company that prides itself in providing quality home inspections and excellent customer service. This is a family-owned company, located in Prince George's County. We are a successful and growing company that has served clients throughout the DC/Baltimore area since 1997. The position will start on a part time to full time basis (must be available on some Saturdays). Speaking Spanish is a plus. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications: • positive and friendly attitude and good communication skills • strong team player • honest, responsible and dependable • able to pay attention to detail • comfortable with technology • be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on flat roofs, access crawl spaces, enter attics • is required to authorize background check and pass all employment screening • have a smart phone, clean driving record, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
