Press release from City of Douglasville: 10/04/2021 5:17 PM The Douglasville Police Department held a Community Enrichment Rally on Thursday, September 23rd and heard from Chief Gary Sparks and other law enforcement leaders, local officials, pastors and other community leaders about faith, hope and service, and spoke words of encouragement, development and hopefulness over our community. The event was part of the Douglasville Police Departments efforts to reach out to, and build relationships with our community.
