WANTED: artists and writers for magazine

Looking for creative types for a start up magazine here in Phoenix. The focus is on female centric MONSTER and HORROR culture. What do you do that's incredible? Paintings, poetry, short fiction pieces, cartooning? Right now we don't have a big budget but plan on paying creators something for everything we can use. This will hopefully be a monthly magazine. We are encouraging all women with an interest in monster/horror/sci-fi culture to get involved. We figure there are already a lot of men who will also respond and look forward to seeing any and all inquiries.
