Must be able to show up at 8 am Monday through Friday. Job details: To keep the inside and outside of the premise clean, help with the remodels; including remove carpeting, laying flooring, haul debris to the dumpster, and final cleans on units. Help the lead carpenter with exterior work. Also, keep maintenance room and appliance room organized. Must be motivated, committed, strong, and helpful.
