It is centrally located in Burbank across from Handy Market. The building is locked, with a code to enter, and camera’s in the common areas. The rental is the first room on the left. There is a lobby with a Kitchen complete with a shared refrigerator, sink, coffee machine, toaster oven, and microwaves. The bathroom has two stalls and is shared with other studio rentals. Maid service for common areas weekly. Available October 15th. Requires first, last, and a deposit.
