Seeking a skilled handyman, $20/hr. I have 20 homes in need of rehab and would like to add an energetic member seeking long term steady work. Job sites are around Detroit metro, must have own car and basic tools.
Required skills: carpentry, painting, installing cabinets, light fixtures, vinyl plank floors, windows, trim, etc. Electric and plumbing and HVAC are a plus but not required.
