Great Lakes Commercial Roofing LLC and our sister company, Keystone Commercial Roofing, LLC, are looking for a General Manager to oversee both divisions. We provide commercial and industrial roof restoration and coatings in Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. We are a team of hard-working, well paid and engaged people. As we protect small, medium, and large businesses from the outside elements, we will do so with integrity and honesty. We will keep people safe and dry while protecting their equipment and assets, thus improving their production and reduce downtime. Great Lakes will be a place that makes a difference in the world. Our Ideal General Manager • Proven Leader: At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a construction-related industry. Experience with training, accountability, and hiring. • Experienced: At least 5 years experience in residential or commercial construction in a field such as roofing, remodeling, new construction. Familiar with processes in sales, project management, estimating, etc. • Takes Ownership: High sense of personal responsibility and ability to lead the team to achieve company goals. • Collaborative: Can build trusting relationships with coworkers, customers, and vendors. • Active: While this is primarily an office job, you will visit job sites. You must climb a ladder and work comfortably on top of a flat or low slope roof. • Computer Savvy: Able to efficiently learn and navigate computer software. Including GSuite, Job Nimbus, and Pandadoc. • Safety Focused: Willing to train the team and enforce best practices in construction safety.
