So you will be an intern. I am paying $15 per hour. You need to be comfortable with physical work (such as walking through a badly damaged building), but you also need to be comfortable with computer work (like sketching out said building on a computer). There is a future with this job. Two of my past interns have gone on to make good money doing insurance work and have successful careers. I will train you, but you need to be able to handle physical labor, computer labor, and then also the stress of dealing with people that just suffered a catastrophe. You need a valid SSN. You also need to have a clean criminal record.
