Do you enjoy active and independent work? Are you detail oriented? Start at $20/hr after 2 weeks training at $18/hr. You'll also earn client TIPS in addition to the hourly wage. We are currently looking for someone who can work part-time during weekday hours. For part-time, at least 2 full days per week or 4 half days required. Opportunity to work up to full-time if desired. We are an earth-friendly house cleaning company with a 5 star Yelp rating hiring for an employee position (W2) to work with amazing and appreciative clients in the SEATTLE and SHORELINE areas. We have a COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan in place to protect our employees and clients from the unknown spread of the virus. Clients must practice social distancing/wear masks, and cleaners are provided with PPE (washable masks, disposable gloves, body aprons) and training. Under our COVID-19 protocols, no cleaning in homes with sick persons. Full time can earn up to $28/hr PLUS tips, paid vacation, paid holidays, health insurance, and a matching retirement plan. No experience necessary, but experienced cleaners are a plus! WHO WE ARE: Be part of a small earth-friendly housecleaning business helping our clients to enjoy their homes. We have been in business for over 13 years, have an established customer base, and are continually growing. We serve regularly scheduled clients so you will have a regular and predictable schedule. Because this is an employee position rather than sub-contract, you receive employee benefits such as unemployment and medicare, have all supplies provided, are covered by our business insurance, AND get benefits like paid time off, health insurance, and a retirement plan. Other companies include tips and other compensation in their advertised wages saying their pay "adds up to" their advertised wage, but WE advertise your base wage, on top of which you earn 100% of tips and benefits. Companies who ask you to provide your own supplies are hiring you as subcontractors which means you need your own business insurance and pay your own state and city taxes, as well as self-employment taxes, which substantially decreases the wages they advertise. We care about the environment and the health of our staff and clients, so only earth-friendly cleaning products are used! No evenings. Only earth-friendly cleaning products are used so you won't be exposed to any harsh chemicals!
