Job Description • Installs foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs • Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior, and exterior trim. • Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws. • Builds or repairs cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings. • Assembles and fastens materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue. • Moves necessary materials around job sites as assigned. • Cleans up worksite debris. • Loads and unloads construction site supplies and materials from trucks and delivery vehicles. • Carries out other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities around the job site as requested. • Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment. Qualifications / Skills: • Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workers • Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines • Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety • Ability to work in high-stress conditions and quickly changing environments • Candidate must be fully vaccinated with a Covid 19 vaccine. • Candidate must be willing to adhere to mask mandates issued by the company and State of Washington. • You will be required to purchase your own tools and required PPE. Education and Experience: • High school diploma is an asset • Working knowledge of job site safety • Reliable transportation • Minimum 2 years of general Construction experience required. Pay $17- $19/ hr depending on work experience
