Fix Outside Door Frame

Hi! The trim on my outside door frame has started to peel off (see pictures). It's a pretty new house, so probably wasn't sealed right to begin with, but it needs to be fixed or redone, looks like. I'm looking for someone with finish carpentry experience or whatever experience is best to fix it and make it look like the original. Please let me know your rate, experience, and availability, and your estimate for how much it would cost to fix. I'm located in SE near Division. Thank you!
