Job Responsibilities: Quickly & efficiently load your assigned van daily with the packages on your route. Deliver up to 300 packages per day. Lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds to deliver to customers, which may include walking up several flights of stairs. Use a company provided smartphone and GPS system to navigate to the stops on your route successfully and efficiently. Safely drive the company vehicle, mitigating on the road risks & ensuring proper protocols are closely followed. Maintain good communication with dispatch to ensure all problems are solved in a timely manner. Compensation: Starting hourly wage of $19.50. Opportunities for growth into roles such as Lead Driver, Dispatcher, or other Manager Roles. Multiple weekly incentive bonuses paid out with payroll. One-time bonus for candidates with previous Amazon-related driving experience. Health & Dental coverage offered after 60 days of employment. PTO for part-time and full-time employees, which begins accruing your first day of employment. Job Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old with 3 years driving experience Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation Must be friendly, have a positive attitude, and CUSTOMER ORIENTED!
