Josephine Caring Community is recruiting volunteer chaplains to provide emotional and spiritual care for our residents under the guidance and support of our Spiritual Care Department. Our chaplains will receive educational and experiential training in a 9-month preparation program specific to Josephine. After the program, chaplains are encouraged to commit to at least one year of service with a caseload that is comfortable for them. Due to COVID restrictions, the program and visits may be remote and/or socially-distanced. There is no financial compensation for this position but the community service and personal growth will be rewarding.
