Dog needs new home

My dog needs a better home that I am no longer able to provide him. He's 12yrs old. He is not good around other animals so he needs to be in a single animal home. He's lab, chow, pit, retriever mixed. He has never been trained to be a guard dog, just a family dog. He's great with kids and has never hurt anyone. He's very smart and catches on quick if you're consistent. He's a talker with a very loving and cuddly personality and deserves that in a new home. Hope to talk soon. Thank you.
