Abacus Event Services is a leading provider of national convention and event staffing services. AHirePower of Denver and Las Vegas is a full service staffing agency providing temp, temp-to-hire, permanent placement and payroll services. Together, they provide the best staffing experience for meeting planners across the country seeking staffing and Brand Ambassador services for their conferences. AHirePower and Abacus Event Services have teamed up for an upcoming conference taking place at the Boston Convention Center October 22nd through 28th. We are looking for 85 dynamic, professional, and customer focused individuals to assist with various registration services including badge printing, line monitoring, vaccination verification, and administrative functions. You MUST be available to work day hours AND the days of the conference. If you have a full time day job, this is NOT going to work unless you are willing to take that week off from work. Some people do that and use their PTO so they can take advantage of the opportunity. Our ideal candidates are anyone with a background in customer service, hospitality, administration, OR anyone with an interest in the medical field as this is a high profile medical conference. The dress code will be professional black pants, comfortable black dress shoes, and a white button up shirt for men or white blouse for women. Men will be issued a teal neck tie and women will be issued a teal neck scarf for the duration of the event. These items will need to be returned at the conclusion of the event. A teal mask will also be also be provided but may be kept at completion. The pay is $25.00/hr. and you will be paid for your lunch break! In addition, we are offering a $25.00/referral bonus for each referral that works a full schedule! Most schedules are between 35 and 42 total hours and approximately 10 are almost 90 hours!!
