I am a small boat builder relocating back to the twin cities and looking to rent a place to work. I have some commissioned projects but no place to do them. A nice vacant garage would be great or a small hobby woodshop you are not using. doesn't have to be huge, 400sqft would do. heat would be nice. Get in touch if you have any ideas for me.
