Hello. My name is Kofi Tatum. I currently hold the title of National Master in chess. I offer classes to virtually all skill levels. From beginner to master level instruction. I have approximately 23 years of teaching experience. My students have gone on to win various tournaments. One of my students even obtained the title of National Master back in 2011-2012. I have won numerous tournaments. I have placed in top 5 in several internationally ranked events. With substantial prizes collected at those events. My resume includes -teacher at Berkeley Chess School. Teacher at Beverly Hills Chess Club. I taught in San Francisco public schools. Oakland, California. As well as many schools in the Los Angeles area. I own the website and chess company RegalChess. You can find our website at www.RegalChess.com Students can play for free on my website. I also teach online and over the phone. If lessons in person are an inconvenience for those who do not want to travel. Or for those who just prefer to sit in front of the computer and learn. My rate for classes is 50$ per hour for one on one private lessons. Group rates depend on the size of the group interested in learning. Rates for group lessons are negotiable.
