Hi there, My name's Jas and I'm a guitarist & composer of 15 years. I've been teaching guitar lessons for about 7 years and have some open slots in my teaching week. I specialize in classical, rock, punk, pop, and experimental guitar on nylon string, acoustic, and electric guitar. I teach songwriting, technique, learning cover songs or repertoire, audition/performance prep, and music theory. I have a BM in classical guitar and loads of experience gigging and recording throughout the Bay Area. Currently looking for more women or girls who have always been wanting to learn guitar or wish to improve their playing, because I want to see more female players in the guitar world & wish to support this community :) I offer lessons over Zoom or masked/outdoors at my home studio in West Oakland.
