Till backyard to remove weeds

I have a backyard which have weeds growing. I need to till the land so that the weeds can be removed naturally. The area is about 700 sq ft, level backyard. Preference given to individuals who have their own tiller and other tools needed for the job or can rent on their own. You can do the job in one or two visits or can schedule it out few hrs a week. There are no brushes or shrubs. Just weeds of various types. Photos attached. Compensation can be discussed.
