Other duties may be assigned. · Provide excellent customer service by answering 50-80 inbound calls daily · Respond to customer emails · Processing customer orders · Engage in live chats with customers · Call and email customers to follow up on engravings that are waiting for approval · Process, sort and fax orders Minimum Requirements: · 40+hours a week (rotating shifts/flexibility is required) · High attention to detail with the ability to problem solve · Ability to multi-task continuously and adapt quickly to changes in a fast pace environment · Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently is a must · Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor **Sales background is helpful but not required ** Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED Certification is preferred. Minimum of 2-4 years prior customer service experience preferred.
