Full time maintenance person wanted for commercial property management company in NJ/PA. Must have basic knowledge of commercial maintenance and the ability to conduct necessary work under the direction of the property manager. Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently. MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE and live locally to Allentown/Bethlehem/Phillipsburg areas. Clean background check and driving record required.
