Lead/Rhythm Guitar, Lead/backing vocals looking for a band

I'm 34 and have been playing guitar and singing a little over 20 years. It's been a while since I played in a band but I'm trying to get back into it. Lead guitar is my biggest strength. I can play most any style and any difficulty, and enjoy playing all styles. I was lead singer for years in a band and am confident in being able to sing anything. The singing was mostly alt rock type stuff, but I have pretty good range including high voice. My ideal situation would be playing lead guitar in 90's to present alt rock music. But like I said I have been lead vocals before and could do that, too. Singing and playing acoustic shows is also up there with what I'd be looking for. I live in Arlington but driving out for practices and shows in other places is no problem. Really just looking to start playing again. Rock, folk, reggae, bluegrass, etc.; if you play it, whatever it is, I'd be happy to join you! And if you're not interested but know a better strategy than craigslist for finding people to play with let me know, please!
