Kennel Staff compensation: Based on Experience Kennel Help to Full and or Part-time Experienced preferred will train but not just a I have a pet Must LOVE dogs!!!! Our Kennel is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the following positions: (both part-time and full-time available): **Weekends and holidays are a must **EXPERIENCED KENNEL TECHNICIAN: They interact and play with the dogs; monitor them at all times to ensure that they get proper care and exercise safely cared for; oversee feedings; observe, document and communicate any issues or problems that need to be addressed with staff, management. Candidate Qualifications: --have experience in a kennel environment is preferred --Must demonstrate sufficient dog handling skills --Ability to take direction from management --Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment --Ability to work independently to complete tasks proficiently --Must be able to work in a vigorous physical manner, standing or walking 90% of the workday -Duties will include walking, feeding, and watering dogs; cleaning cages, janitorial work and bathing dogs, constant cleaning up after dogs - Great if you have grooming skills Candidate Attributes: --Must be patient and loving with dogs --Must have common sense and good judgment --Great attitude, ability to interact positively with staff and clients --Articulate and professional communication skills --Detail oriented, conscientious and dependable Please be honest, no drugs, drinking, rx or drama please.
