Fraser Commercial Services, Inc. has a part time position with very flexible hours, up to 10 to 20 hours per week available: Newport, RI & Middletown, RI Each building typically takes about 1.5 hours and you can begin anytime between 4:30pm and 10pm. So there is no set time that you have to arrive, giving you flexibility for work/family balance. Also available the option to serve as fill-in staff in local area for additional hours as well. Basic Routine: -Disinfecting -Light trash pickup -Dusting -Restrooms -Vacuuming The rate of pay is $16.00 per hour and is a really nice part time position. Candidates for this position must be neat, organized and able to convey a manner of professionalism to our clients, and able to effectively work unsupervised, and work well with others as well as solo. This is better than a gym membership, you will get in a little cardio, listen to your headset and tune out the rest of the world.
