Boat storage needed for 20’ sailboat

Hello! I’m in need of a place to store my O’Day 20 sailboat for the winter. It doesn’t need to be indoors, just preferably somewhat out of sight. All you need to do is provide the space. I’ll drop it off and pick it up again spring. Easy money! I’m not sure what the going rate for something like this is, so I’m open to hearing offers. Thanks!
