Our property management company is looking to immediately hire full-time painters to join our staff. You must have experience with a spray rig and the ability to repair, tape and texture walls ceiling etc. You will be responsible for painting single-family homes. Most of our work focuses on interiors of homes, However, we are occasionally in need of exterior painting work which includes iron gates, doors, fascia, ect. We're looking for an experienced painter who knows the best practices of the industry and will apply them to every aspect of their work. This position requires a vehicle with the ability to carry scaffolding and extension ladders. This is a full time position Monday-Friday from 7a.m. - 4p.m. Weekends off.
