I am in need of skilled laborers to do a variety of jobs in all aspects of rehab. I have full time and year round work! Please have the basic tools of your trade. Willing to train people with out experience but must be able to show up on time & follow directions. All must be wiling to work as a team to complete our projects though out the city. Weekly Pay, 1099 position. Looking for skilled people in the following areas: Carpenters (framing & trim/finishing, deck repair, cabinet installations, counter tops) Demo/Clean Up Drywall Electrical (light electrical & rough in) Exterior (soffit, facia, siding, doors & windows) Flooring (hardwood, laminate, carpeting & tile setting) Glazing (shower enclosures, glass replacement, storefront glass/metal) HVAC Insulation Painting Plumbing Roofing Tile Setters If you can do some or all please let me know and send me your contact info, immediate work available.
