General contractor needed for construction project. Metal roof replacement, metal siding replacement, and painting are major projects remaining. Electrical outlet relocation to new framing and general knowledge of basic electrical work is needed. Different projects pay different amounts. Experienced candidates who will show up with their own tools only. Final completion expected early November, can keep you busy for the next month at least!
