Expected Hours of Work: Flexible hours of work, between 9 am to 3 pm daily - Monday-Friday This position will start part-time but will escalate very quickly to full-time hours. In-person training, but this is a remote position. We are a commercial cleaning company that is growing very quickly and need help on the day to day office work. Bi-lingual Required (Spanish). Job Summary: The Bilingual field supervisor will be out in the field most of the time/day. They will be driving from job site to job site or meeting with potential customers or doing quality checks on post-construction cleanings or doing quality checks at over 30 janitorial accounts. This job is 85% driving, the other 15% consist of walking from your vehicle to the job site. This role will transition into estimates and turning leads into clients. Essential Job Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to complete the essential functions. 1. Quality Assurance checks on Janitorial Accounts - 1 x per month - Random quality checks on 30+ Buildings - Setting up a schedule to do this on a regular basis. 2. Quality Assurance checks on All Construction Cleaning projects - before, during, and after job. Take video - Always talk to customers and employees first before taking a video. 3. Take pictures and video of home/building/project on an initial walk and upload. 4. Provide detailed walkthrough documents to Estimator. 5. Liaison between new clients, existing clients, and sub-contractors. 6. Work with Estimator, subcontractors, vendors needed for the projects. 7. Work with Estimator/Scheduler to accurately set up the projects. 8. Conduct a final walkthrough with clients and crew members. 9. Daily (effective/supportive) communication with the team. 10. On-site meeting with clients. 11. Effectively communicate any/all mishaps that arise during cleaning. 12. Manage Janitorial accounts and post-construction cleaning for customer satisfaction. Additional Responsibilities: 1. Responsibility is performing walkthroughs with NEW CUSTOMERS (Sales) and performing quality assurance checks. 2. Has the ability to work remotely (Connect to the internet remotely/Hotspot/Wi-fi). 3. Conduct walkthroughs with potential clients/builders/janitorial accounts - take thorough notes and actively listen to the client(s). Experience/Education/Qualifications: · High School Degree or an equivalent GED required · 3-5 years of related supervisory experience preferred · Ability to travel outside of the Metro Denver Area (Up to 50 miles if necessary) Skills and Attributes: ● Professional Skills - Meeting with face-to-face clients and ensuring high quality of satisfaction. ● Have a positive attitude. ● Bi-lingual Required. ● History of building strong business relationships. ● Pro-active planner. ● Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ● Solving unexpected events and maintaining a solution-based mindset. ● Timely, dependable, reliable, and responsible. ● Open to feedback, instruction, and continual growth. ● Ability to work with numerous clients at one time and in different stages of construction cleaning. ● Ability to prioritize. ● Ability to effectively manage your time. ● Must be able to successfully pass a background check. ● Own or have access to reliable transportation. ● Comfortably lift 50 lbs without risk of injury. ● Be available for 25-30 hours/week.
