The Maintenance Tech position is an important part of our team that develops, builds, and maintains commercial and residential real estate. This position is responsible for maintenance and repair of our commercial, retail, and apartment portfolio. This position will also assist our construction team occasionally. General understanding of basic building operations such as grounds, HVAC, plumbing, painting, remodeling projects, and routine seasonal maintenance is required.
