Need the builder to build: - platform and deck - basic basement with electrical and heat but no rooms - would like heated concrete floors on main floor if possible, but not a deal breaker. - insides: kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room The architectural and structural designs will be completed soon, and the house materials should be delivered in late spring. Looking to build the cellar and platform and deck to be built in or before spring in preparation for house materials.
